Week 2: Standards

Creating Standards

This Sunday's EmpowHER training was putting into action some lessons we learned previously about standards. We were supported by the training that we received from Arsineo Dodson last week, helping us to realize why we are stuck in some areas. As we work through that, we want to have targets for our life that help us become who we want to be.

To that end, we had our breakout sessions in which members could begin discussing and working on their mission statement for one of the four areas of focus: Faith, Family/Friends, Fitness, and Finances.

There were great reports of discussions and plans made on how to become the person who lives by those standards.
