You’re Invited to a Special EmpowHER Call

Hey Reader

There’s a reason so many women feel emotionally exhausted right now.

Many are carrying responsibilities, disappointments, unanswered prayers, loneliness, pressure, caregiving, work stress, spiritual fatigue, and the quiet grief of realizing life has not unfolded the way they once imagined.

And yet most women still feel like they have to keep showing up strong.

That’s why PRAYING Sistas is opening one hour of our EmpowHER Call for YOU to join us.

PRAYING Sistas is a faith-centered community for women who desire connection, healing, spiritual growth, encouragement, accountability, and support while navigating the realities of everyday life. We believe women flourish best when they are spiritually rooted, emotionally supported, and surrounded by healthy sisterhood.

This is more than a Zoom call.

It’s a space where you will be encouraged, poured into, prayed for, empowered, and reminded that you are not alone in what you are carrying.

But you already know that. You have just been hanging on the outside because of a reason that you made up that is preventing you from joining us.

Women come into these calls overwhelmed and leave feeling lighter, clearer, seen, supported, and spiritually refilled.

If you have been feeling:

  • isolated
  • emotionally drained
  • stuck between your expectations and reality
  • discouraged
  • disconnected from yourself or your purpose
  • tired of carrying everything alone

…we would love for you to join us.

Come experience what a healthy community, sisterhood, prayer, accountability, wisdom, and encouragement can do — even in one day.

Date: May 24, 2026
Time: 8 am - 9 am

PRAYING Sistas

I'm an author, speaker, YouTube podcaster, and founder and facilitator of PRAYING Sistas, a community for women 30+ who are faith-filled and high-achieving on paper, but overwhelmed in real life. Women who feel stuck between their expectations and their reality. Maybe life, marriage, motherhood, career, ministry, finances, purpose, or even your walk with God does not look the way you thought it would by now. At PRAYING Sistas, we believe women need more than motivation. We need healing, growth, accountability, prayer, and real sisterhood. You do not have to pretend here. You do not have to stay stuck. And you do not have to carry it alone.
