I'm an author, speaker, YouTube podcaster, and founder and facilitator of PRAYING Sistas, a community for women 30+ who are faith-filled and high-achieving on paper, but overwhelmed in real life. Women who feel stuck between their expectations and their reality. Maybe life, marriage, motherhood, career, ministry, finances, purpose, or even your walk with God does not look the way you thought it would by now. At PRAYING Sistas, we believe women need more than motivation. We need healing, growth, accountability, prayer, and real sisterhood. You do not have to pretend here. You do not have to stay stuck. And you do not have to carry it alone.
